First let's get a few things out of the way. Yes, I am/was that bloke in Everything But The Girl. Yes, I recorded 'North Marine Drive' in my youth. Yes, I have been a DJ for over 10 years. Yes, I wrote a book in 1996 about surviving an extremely rare life-threatening illness called 'Patient'. Yes, I now run two independent record labels called Buzzin' Fly (House and Techno flavours) and Strange Feeling (Alt-Indie). OK, that's that cleared up. (read more)

Yakine
Yakine, who comes from Paris, has been interested in music since an early age. During his teenage years, he played metal guitar and toured all over Europe from concert to concert. In this period his encounters brought him to discover the DJing world and it became his new passion. Thus, for the next 5 years he practiced at the turntables at the side of great DJs.
