Particles has fostered a special relationship with the Netherlands ever since the label's first original EP release in 2008 with Sandji. The country's plethora of gifted musicians have been exporting excellent electronica with a quality and quantity few other nations can match.

Testament and tribute to Dutch talent is "Traveling by Subwave", a melodic techno extravaganza from Amsterdam's Jonas Afonso released a year ago and remixed anew by leading Netherland's progressive artists Embliss and Stephen J. Kroos.

The two remixers first appeared together on the same vinyl back in 2000, when Embliss was known as "Club Seduction" and Stephen J. Kroos as "DJ Stephen". More recently, the two were featured on Anjunadeep's 3rd compilation mixed by Jaytech and James Grant in 2011.
