The mid-to-late 90’s were an exciting time for the electronic music scene in Florida. It was here that Rob Dowell was first introduced to that sound and what it was to be a DJ. Matt Masters, the London-based DJ/Producer taught himself how to mix whilst studying at University for a Science degree in Music in 2001.
