The final remix release from CPM's Decathect album has arrived with new interpretations of the downtempo "Viola" track from Proton Music artists Guy + Ogi Gee Cash & Synchronized. Their remixes are anything but downtempo!
Both artists take the original and turn it on its head, grabbing the guitar riffs, adding melodies of their own, and crafting progressive gems. Guy J's remix is gorgeous, and anyone familiar with his recent Self Love EP on Proton Music will not be dissapointed.
Ogi Gee Cash & Synchronized, featured this month with their follow up Balkan Connection EP, storm the provided samples to create a stunning debut as remixers on our label.
The second remix pack from the 'Decathect' album leans on the techy side as DJ F.E.X. and Proton resident DJ Stian Klo try their hand at the best selling track on the album, 'Iobec Mapic'!
Cristian Pablo Malloni (CPM) is Argentina's hottest new export, a genre blending prodigy that has been supported heavily by the country's leading DJ, Hernan Cattaeno.

Cristian Pablo Malloni a.k.a CPM was born in Rosario/Argentina in 1982. He was always connected to the music growing up because his grandfather was a well known guitarist in the Argentinean scene and his father used to play him records of Jean Michelle Jarre and Vangelis during his childhood. That was always a great musical influence and motivation to him.
Still young, he listened to every single style he could get his hands on, that's why his influences came from artists in a wide range of genres such as: Jean Michelle Jarre, Vangelis, Tangerine Dreams, Aphex Twin, Squarepushers, Jega, Venetian Snares, Thomas Fhelmannl, Kenneth Graham, old school video game music, Rap, Hip hop and so many others. These artists kept his attention for a long time and the music they made eventually encouraged CPM to become a producer himself.
In 2002 he started the journey, 2 years later producing tracks in various styleshe liked, such as IDM, Minimal Tech, Deep Techno, Deep-Progressive House, Dub, BreakBeat, Deep house, Hip hop and eclectic fusions, breaking with every style preconception.
Since then he has been working a lot on his productions and has also made some tracks in collaboration with Deep Mariano, Jay West and Lega (aka Plastique Vision & Hawaii).
